1. |
All surfaces to be tiled should be clean, dry, and free of any grease in order for the tile to obtain a good adhesion.
If tiling a “porous surface” a sealant (paint or varnish) should be applied to the wall first and left to dry before tiling commences. |
|
| |
 |
2. |
Peel away the adhesive backing sheet and apply into position over existing tiles or directly on to any smooth wall. |
|
| |
 |
3. |
Place into position starting with the corner tightly against the previous tile.
Apply very lightly along the edges.
If the tile is “out of position” then lift off and apply again. |
|
| |
 |
4. |
Press down firmly and evenly for a good adhesion.
TIP: When tiling over existing tiles, if possible try to avoid joining the tile directly over the previous ”grouting lines” as illustrated in the drawing above. |
